The RMS MaxPro-5000™ is used to measure fluid level within the annulus of the well bore. This unit can be permanently or temporarily affixed to the well. The MaxPro-5000™ sends a conditioned signal down the annulus. It measures real time fluid level (rising and falling) in feet, from the surface level of the liquid. An internal compressor and on-board computer allow the measurements to be repeated continuously and without assistance, providing operators with unprecedented details on well operations. The RMS MaxPro-5000 also features Double Pulse Echo Reflectometry (D-PER™), which eliminates nearly all noise associated with gas bubbles and gas flow for unmatched accuracy. The MaxPro-5000™ can connect via 4-20mA to pump drive controllers and SCADAs. If any type of well manager is then connected to a VFD (variable frequency drive), the signal received allows for automated adjustment of the speed of the pump motor (in RPMs) in order to achieve and maintain an optimal fluid level. The remote control feature allows access to real time fluid level from any computer or mobile device via web access.

VFD Monitor

VFD Monitor is used to measure fluid level within the annulus of the well bore. This unit can be permanently or temporarily affixed to the well. Simple Construction: Hand tool installation, closed loop system, uses gas from the well, no nitrogen bottles, no high pressure hoses or gases.

Above Ground Equipment: No parts down hole, above cellar installation, chemical drips can still be used, web-based monitoring and control allows for remote monitoring and servicing.
